Barrie Sheers

Barrie Sheers joined Microsoft as managing director of the New Zealand subsidiary in July 2015. He is a senior executive with extensive experience in building, managing and developing high performance teams, and who has successfully grown multiple businesses across the Europe and Asia Pacific & Japan regions. He is also a high energy, transformational leader who is passionate about understanding customers’ needs and then driving innovation and value creation.

Phil Goldie

Phil is responsible for the One Commercial Partner (OCP) and Small Medium and Corporate business in New Zealand. Covering thousands of small business and mid-market customers and the Microsoft partner eco-system nationally, Phil is a member of Microsoft New Zealand's senior leadership team.

Vanessa Sorenson

Vanessa leads the Enterprise team for Microsoft New Zealand, and is passionate about helping her New Zealand customers start and grow in their digital transformation. She brings over twenty years of experience to the New Zealand Enterprise team, leading the Licencing and Dynamics Business Unit as well as the Enterprise and Technical Sales Teams.

Sarah Bowden

Sarah is responsible for the Small, Medium & Corporate (SMC) Business Segment for Microsoft New Zealand. Defining the NZ strategic direction for SMC and leading the SMC Team to execute to help SMC businesses in NZ be more successful through transforming and digitalising their businesses, enabled through the our experienced Account Teams at Microsoft and the expansive NZ Partner eco-system.

Pip Simeon

Pip leads Microsoft New Zealand's  Go-to-Market team, ensuring channel and partner launch readiness, building awareness and engagement on all communication channels. Working closely with New Zealand partners and their customers, Pip's remit covers digital marketing transformation, strategy, planning and marketing campaign and development across all Microsoft cloud, applications and data products.

Steve is responsible for the leading our Partner Development at Microsoft New Zealand. The focus is on collaborating with our partners to build new and innovative solutions which result in great customer transformation stories. Creating innovative business models, supporting solution design, applying technical roadmaps and provide expertise to help commercialise intellectual property – all in a day’s work for Steve and the team.
